Below some highlights of Joshua’s 2019 OK senior season with Sauber from the very first races in February/March to the European championship in LeMans in the summer:
19-21 July - CIK FIA European championship OK senior in Le Mans: Josh several fastest lap times including on Sunday’s Warm-up and Race fighting for a podium position - in race 1.5tenth faster then 2nd best lap time from the reigning world champion, please watch video below:
April to June - 4 rounds of the WSK Euro Series where Joshua finishes P9 overall in the championship: 2 - 24 March - WSK Super Master Series OK senior in Sarno: 3rd race in OK senior only and Josh is consistently running in top 5: Qualifying: P4 (P7 overall) Heat1: P4 / P3 Heat2: P4 / P4 Heat3: P4 / P3
Final A: P3 / DNF (got crashed out)
7 - 10 March - WSK Super Master Series OK senior in La Conca: Josh several fastest lap times and gaining eleven places to finish P9 in Sundays big final - second race only in OK senior:
21-14 February - WSK Super Master Series OK senior in Lonato: Josh fastest lap time in Heat BC and regularly running in top 10 in his first OK senior race ever (zero winter testing, zero testing days!)… the speed is there straight away!
